Mark was very responsive, timely, and knowledgeable. He even checked in with me after the service was complete to make sure I was satisfied with the cleaning. I had a pretty serious issue with pet odor and the end result is phenomenal! He also made my several year’s old microfiber beige couches look brand new! Talked with me over the phone to help me since I’m selling my house and there was an odor I couldn’t get out in my carpet. Was very patient and tried to help me over the phone since he couldn’t get out to my house over the weekend. I’m doing what he suggested and hopefully it works, and he’s still trying to make time to see me after the weekend if needed. In all, impressed with the free help and knowledge and appreciate him a lot. He seems to know what he’s talking about and many people aren’t nice enough to share experience and knowledge for free.
